Description:

This position will work with patients, physicians and clinicians to obtain and accurately record necessary demographic and financial information in all areas of Patient Registration. Patient out of pocket expenses will be identified and collected. Effectively communicates registration information to internal and external customers while maintaining a focus on customer service and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in use of a personal computer
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Customer service oriented with a strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette

This opportunity is expected to work approximately 32 hours per week with varied start and end times on 2nd shift. This position does include a rotating holiday schedule.
